Rental Requirements.
We keep it simple and easy — just have these on hand before your booking.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 2 Primary Government-Issued IDs
Driver's License with LTO QR Code
Screenshot of front & back, plus a screenshot of the QR code.
Actual Driver's License
Clear picture of the actual ID — front and back.
Selfie Verification
Selfie holding your Driver's License and another government-issued ID.
Any Primary Government ID (Choose 1–2)
Philippine Passport, National ID, PRC License, Voter's ID, or NBI Clearance.
Proof of Billing (1 copy required)
Water, Electricity, Telephone, Internet, Cable, or Bank Statement. Must match your ID address. If not under your name, provide the registered bill owner's ID.
Additional Requirements
Must meet all the minimum basic requirements on the left, plus the following:
Passport
Philippines or international passport.
International Driver's License
Foreign driver's license is valid in the Philippines for 90 days from date of arrival. Beyond 90 days, a Philippine Driver's License from LTO is required.
Proof of Hotel / Airbnb Confirmation
If applicable to your stay.
Proof of Address in the Philippines
Any document verifying your local address during your stay.
Arrival & Departure Date
Must provide your travel ticket showing arrival and departure dates.
Important Notes
- LTMS account must be logged in personal (not through a third party).
- All IDs must have a photo and signature.
- All documents and IDs must be presented in original copy during delivery of the vehicle.
- One physical Car ID will be deposited to DC Garage during the rental period if no security deposit is collected.
- All IDs provided must NOT be expired.
- All information on all IDs provided must be matching.

DC Garage strictly adheres to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines. All client information is kept secure, confidential, and used solely for verification purposes. We are not affiliated with any government agency or other private organizations that collect PI.
